I am the type of knife person that is always looking for something unique from the norm. This is why I reached out to Extrema Ratio and bought the BF2 CD DESERT WARFARE.
The BF2 CD Desert Warfare has a very unique look when you first see it. You instantly see the round shape at one of the ends of the knife. Believe it or not, it is where the blade itself swings out. Then you can lock it open there to help the blade stay open if you pry, cut, dig etc. when the blade is open. Have you ever used a folding knife and stabbed it into wood and the blade folded on your fingers? Well with this unique feature will not let that happen.
But as you can see, it also has the standard lock you have to release to fold it back down. Which again is muscle memory for all of us to close.
